The stack
Every development in Asano is held in the same financial structure, calculated by the same engine, interrogated by the same AI and linked to the same spatial model. Nothing forks per client.

Every financial output — costs, revenue, funding, returns, debt cover — is calculated by Asano's deterministic engine and traced back to its inputs. The same inputs always produce the same result. Nothing on the record is generated by a language model.

Any development, at any scale, enters the same governed structure: sales and leasing, hotels on USALI, concessions and public-private structures, stated or residual land value. That is what lets projects, versions and asset classes be compared on identical definitions and rolled up across a portfolio without rebuilding models.

The AI layer interrogates, compares, optimises and structures — across one project or the whole portfolio — and stages its proposals as draft versions. AI can propose. Only a person can approve, and nothing is written to the approved record without that approval.

Import an existing 3D design and link it to its financial version, or generate massing directly from the development data already in Asano. Change programme or mix and the spatial model updates against the same version; export in standard formats to your design team.

Each client operates in its own environment. Data is never shared or used to train AI models.
